Message Modifications:

K&N filter
Greddy exhaust
Greddy FMIC
Rod Millen downpipe
HKS exhaust cam gear (set at -4°)
Hallman boost controller
Aquamist Water Injection System
VDO boost gauge
Apexi Super AFC (old style)
Apexi ITC
Turbo Launch 2 step

The above mods were present on the 433rwhp run, Phillip also made a 40? run, I forget the number, before he added the Greddy FMIC.
As for tuning, when you've known the dyno operator for 15 years, and go out later on in the evening.. chances are he might let you make pulls late into the night and not charge the normal rate.

I believe that 400rwhp, can be made for cheap on a Supra as well as the Z. Gyro explained an excellent way to make cheap Z hp in a thread on Supraforums.
To get close to 400 in a Supra, all you really need:
Pulled Hoses (free)
Free Fuel Cut defender (free)
Exhaust (New Apexi N1, $399)
Downpipe (New RMM, $300)
K&N dropin ($40)
Round up an old style AFC and ITC for cheap and you've got all the tuning gadgets you need.
